For fun. I'm going to attempt to make one for overcoming bitterness. We will see how this goes.
B - Begin again. Many times, in my own experience, bitterness comes from unforgiveness. To start the healing process you have to forgive and begin again. Starting over isn't easy but having a clean slate to progress in your spiritual walk is worth it. Think about the feeling you felt when you were received Christ. That clean slate feeling, worth it.
I - Inventory. When you forgive someone you have to remember, for future reference, what happened. Do not collect the wrong so you can use it for retaliation, but know that it happened. Learn from the experience. But don't use it against them later down the line. That will cause a whole different line of problems.
T - Take time to heal. You can't move forward until you heal. If you were in a relationship with someone and they broke up with you, you may be completely devastated. You wouldn't want to go into another relationship instantly. You may think, why not? You don't want to take a lot of damage baggage into a new relationship. Same with friendships. You don't wanna bring negative stuff into a new friendship.
T - Testimony. Look into some other people journeys through forgiveness. You may find that the unforgiveness is towards yourself. Take the time to find stories that relate to you and read them over and over. Life is better when you have someone who is willing to be vulnerable and say HEY ME TOO!!! I experienced the same thing!
N - Next. Keep moving. Don't take great steps then stay in the rut of being depressed. Yes, you were hurt. Don't hang on it forever. If you do hang on it forever, you'll never move on. You may become someone who lives in a level of comfort. A level of comfort that leads to a life where you never want to get out of your comfort zone. You'll never grow 😄
E - Experience. Experience new things. Life is ever changing. This world is constantly changing. Don't forget to experience new things. God is never going to leave you in the place you were when you got saved. He's going to change you and push you to do new things. Right now you might be the type of person to build things and do service works. BUT who knows if God will move you into a new area, maybe even give a lesson.
S - Study. Keep your nose in Gods word. Read read read. Always read. If you don't like reading, listen. There are aps that you can listen to the bible. While you walk, run, drive, or cooking. Anything. Constantly be willing to learn.
S - Seek. Seek friends who will encourage you. Keep you accountable. Seek wisdom. Seek Christ. Seek opportunities. Seek people to push you. Seek a constant string of forgiveness. Seek a life full of forgiveness towards others, and yourself. Seek, seek, seek.

Justin informed me that I forgot 2 letters. So I shall add them below.
E - Explore. Explore your heart. Make sure that you are truly doing the act of forgiveness to change your life. Not just out of obedience, but to change your life. Make sure your motives are correct. Don't just say you forgive the, actually do it.
R - Relax and Repeat if needed. We take things way to seriously in life and we need to spend more time trying to relax. We need to make sure that we understand that God told us that we are to forgive someone regardless of how many times they do us wrong. This doesn't mean that we are to be ignorant and continue to walk back to the slop that has been placed before us. I'm not saying that the person is slop, but the action may be. I don't know your current situation. I don't know what God is dealing with your heart about. I just know that we need to be obedient.
