A few months ago, I presented facebook with a challenge. To share my post about my mom's house that is still for sale and have your name entered into a drawing for something delicious. A friend I went to high school with ended up winning. I had put off making her monkey bread for WAY to long. After I finally got it baked and on the plate, I jumped in my car, still in a bad mood. I had to drive all the way to their house and was just negative. God reminded me of what I was told earlier that day.
Be a blessing even when you don't feel like it. You never know whose life you will change with one simple act of kindness.
I quickly changed my attitude and tried to perk up myself up. I started feeling better and after dropping off the monkey bread I was back to "normal". I started feeling better and jammed out on the way home. That's when I was reminded of what my secret dreams were. In the midst of my adult temper tantrum God changed the situation around and brought life back to me.
He uses some of our lowest moments to show us our purpose. I'm not saying that making monkey bread and taking it to someone was a low point. I'm saying that when I was given these dreams the first time I had been in a car accident and should have been killed. I had forgotten part of my dream and it was brought back to my attention.
In conclusion, I guess, is don't take an opportunity for granted. You never know what God is going to reveal to you when you are obedient when you don't want to be. Have a greattttttttttttttttttttttttt day!!!!
