Go into a room with a mirror. Yes, actually get off your butt and go to a bathroom. If you have make up on, and are able, take it off. Look into the mirror and read this aloud to yourself. Swear, it will change your life. Someone had me do something like this (It was Psalm 139) but I wrote this from my heart and I want each girl you know to read this!!!!!!
I am beautiful.
My hair, curly or straight, is the perfect color and length.
My eyes, the mirror to my soul, compliments my face in the most precious way.
No one has my eyes.
My nose, cascading the center of my face, adds definition to all my other attributes.
My mouth, plump or flat, enhance me because it contains the best quality. My Smile.
My body, big or small, is perfect for me because it's my body. Curvy or flat.
I am wonderful.
I am attractive.
I was fearfully and wonderfully made.
When I was in my mothers belly, I was loved.
I was created for big things.
My scars are marks of greatness, not flaws.
Even when I am alone, someone is thinking about me and how much they love me.
The number of those thoughts are greater than the of grains of sand on the beach.
I am great because I AM ME.
I am who I was created to be, not what this world has made me.
I am loved.
I am beautiful.
With all of the things going on right now, I want you to know that YOU ARE UNIQUE. YOU ARE SPECIAL. There is a lot of negative things going on with abductions. I want you to know that no matter what your level of self consciousness; those things you hate about yourself, God loves. Please don't think that you aren't amazing just the way you are.
