It's never to late to begin again

I really don't have a great, mind blowing blog for you today. Something simple. Something light, and hopefully short. This will go back and touch on (un)qualified a little bit. I have to say that if you have ever felt unworthy or lower than what you feel God is calling you to do, I would highly recommend that book. In a nutshell, none of the 12 disciples were qualified to do their job, but Jesus chose them.

That's not the point of this blog. I want to talk with you about starting over. Clean slates. Turning the page. Any other crazy phrases you've heard about starting things over. I've done a lot of things that I would call hiccups. Okay, major screw ups. I can look back over my life and think, man what a stupid move. A lot of those moment I can tell were fleshly and resulted in damaged friendships, broken trust, and feelings of failure.

Here's the great part of that. God's word tells us that his mercies are new every morning. I've heard it all my life. Great is thy faithfulness the hymn totally cover this portion of scripture. Lamentations 3:22-23.

It is of the Lords mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassionate fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. (KJV)

It doesn't matter where you are in life, what you've done, what you've lived through, who everyone sees you as. You can always begin again. You CAN change your life. It's as simple as making the decision to do so. It's not going to be a walk in the park with roses blooming and crystal clear water to drink. It's going to be a battle. Satan isn't a fan of those who follow Christ. He will come against you. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!

When has anything that has been worth it, been easy?
