A day without facebook

Today was "fasting Friday" and I was asked to give up facebook. It was interesting to me to see how easily I said, yeah sure no problem, and watching myself click that stupid F over and over today.

I think I counts 5 times I did it out of habit. I got bored, clicked the app, and quickly exited out. It wasn't because I needed to check up on someone or I needed to email someone. Just pure habit. 

With all the Augusta county drama I thought it would be a good idea to stay away from social media. I was amazed at the things I got accomplished today without my phone being right on my hand.

I actually enjoyed my day, finished a crochet project, and almost had time to read my books. Joseph put a slamming hault to that one. It's okay, he's adorable!!

Anyway, I found that I enjoyed my day to its fullest instead of spending hours wondering what was happening on facebook or Twitter. I think it will become a weekend thing. No Facebook on the weekends so Ivan enjoy my time off with Joseph and Justin!
